1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 98ab ("98ab", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website at 98ab.asia and all services offered thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related features.

By accessing 98ab, clicking "Register", "Log In", placing any bet, or depositing funds, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or game-specific terms published on 98ab from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To use 98ab's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 98ab or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

98ab reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to void bets, withhold withdrawals, and/or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 98ab. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98ab login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 3.4 Verification (KYC)

98ab may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts may be restricted pending completion of verification. Providing fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to 98ab are accepted via supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. All balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 98ab does not accept third-party deposits — funds must come from a payment account held in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. 98ab reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval during business hours.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 98ab may levy an administration fee on dormant account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy as published on the platform. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 98ab are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions attached to each offer, which will be published alongside the promotion. General bonus principles include:

• Bonuses are valid only for the account holder to whom they are issued and may not be transferred.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• 98ab reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using systematically low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus terms, will result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and other gaming activities on 98ab are governed by these Terms and by any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform. Key general principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 98ab does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — 98ab reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to customers' accounts.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of live dealers.
• 98ab reserves the right to set maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits on any market or game, which will be communicated to users on the relevant game page.
• Cricket betting markets on 98ab, including PSL and Pakistan international fixtures, are governed by cricket-specific rules available in the sports rules section of the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 98ab:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to defraud 98ab or other users through manipulation of games, colluding with other players, using prohibited software, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other financial crime using the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 98ab staff or other users.

98ab cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, funds may be frozen pending investigation, and appropriate authorities will be notified where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on 98ab.asia, including but not limited to the 98ab name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game content provided by third-party studios, is owned by or licensed to 98ab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 98ab content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 98ab provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• 98ab shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 98ab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 98ab's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 98ab's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

98ab collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using 98ab's services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 98ab implements SSL encryption and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

11. Responsible Gaming
